Tiny green monsters

Hi ! I brought parsley, rosemary and pepper plants indoor over our looooong winter, and they caught this tiny green bug that seems to be eating my pepper but not the others. I've tried Natria insecticide for indoor use, but it's not doing anything, they keep coming ! And now, they are on my new seedlings as well ( I started a few herbs and tomatoes indoors). Please help me get rid of them !!

Natria for Vegetables is what you should be using- read your label to be sure it's ok to use on edibles, then use every day

The warmth of your house will keep insect eggs hatching- are there holes in the leaves or fruit?
Those are chewing insects- if not they are sucking insects- they will not leave any holes.

Aphid and whiteflies: sucking insects:

some green chewing insects are: katydids and worms:

please send us a pic if you canif these are not what is on here- hope this helps!
