Travis Yaddow is a SUPERB example of the GREATEST Home Depot employee.

I apologize for writing this so late, but Travis Yaddow was so supportive of us during a HUGE problem with a GE new range we had just purchased.

We live wayyyyyyy off-grid and when the range broke a couple of months after our purchase, and GE could not find a repairman to fix it, they wanted us to bring it to a certified GE repairman more than a 2 hour drive away, pay for the repairs and ask GE to refund our payment. Being senior citizens and having purchased an extended warranty with Home Depot, Travis negotiated with GE on our behalf to get our money refunded to purchase a new one.

The day the refund arrived, we called Travis and ordered an identicle range and Travis had it delivered at no charge.
