Trending in the Aisles: Bona High-Gloss Hardwood Floor Polish

Cleaning your hardwood floors usually solves the issue of helping getting it looking great again.

However, if your real wood floors have slightly lost their luster, but you don't or can't refinish them, you can always opt for using a hardwood floor polish.

These polishes are great for do-it-yourselfers to save time and money for small repairs on restoring the luster of their wood floors. Polishers are not cleaners, so you'll need to be sure the product you choose is one or the other.

Be mindful that polishers are only for pre-finished hardwood or engineered wood floors. And only use them if you only wanting to repair the shine and repair small scratches caused by a long time of foot traffic.

One of the best wood floor cleaner brands we sell, Bona, now has a highly effective polish to get them looking their best.

Shown below and linked here, the Bona High Gloss Hardwood Floor Polish is an acrylic urethane that is simple to apply.

Bona 32 oz. High-Gloss Hardwood Floor Polish

One 32 ounce bottle will cover up to 500 square feet, which means it can cover most rooms in your home that has wood floors.

For applying it, use a microfiber-based applicator. While some stores do sell them by Bona, you can use ones sold at your local Home Depot.

With any polish you use, always make sure that the floor is clean before usage. Also, any oils or waxes must be removed before using this polisher.

If you encounter any deep scratches or major damages, a simple polish like this may not work effectively versus refinishing your floors.

Once you use the polish, work in small sections and always apply with the grain for best options.

However, for getting small scratches and the shine back to your hardwood floors, choose this floor polish by Bona for great results!

Get abused a lot in the dining room....and still looks great.
