Trending in the Aisles: In-Line GFCI Extension Cord

Defiant 2 ft. In-Line GFCI Cord

With heavy amounts of snow throughout the country, cleanup and shoveling that white stuff off the driveways and sidewalks are a must.

If you have an electric snowblower, a great way to protect yourself from possible electric shock is the use of an in-line GFCI extension cord. This cord can be used for really anything that needs to be plugged in, but in an area is susceptible to water.

In fact, you really need to plug in any device or tool into a weather-proof outlet. If you have an older home or the outlet doesn't have a GFCI outlet, opt for using an in-line extension cord with one built-in.

Our 2 ft. version sold by Defiant is great for situations like this. The cord is 12 gauge and can hold up to 3 outlets, which makes it great for snowy or inclement weather projects if you have to use an electric device there.

From electric chainsaws, concrete mixers, tile saws, and corded drills....use an in-line GFCI extension cord to give yourself added protection when working.
