Trending in the Aisles: LED Work Light

Until recently, most work lights were durable...but their light sources weren't. While we still sell the halogen-based versions, there are now the more cooler-burning and more energy efficient LED versions.

There all Pro and no Cons when it comes to using LED versions of work lighting, not just in their efficiency, but also in their construction. Unlike quartz halogen light bulbs, these integrated LED work lights hold up better on job sites and around your home.

And since there is no bulb to speak of, the integrated LED light source can and will last longer and hold up better than anything halogen based.

In terms of small, affordable, and compact LED work lighting, consider the one I'll mention in this post by Commercial Electric. Shown below and linked here, it's a huge light you'll get for a low price. Best yet, it's available at your local Home Depot store!

At 1,000 lumens, it's a great option for getting the most light in tight areas or spaces where larger work lights don't need to be. It's adjustable so you can place it wherever you need it the most, be it in the garage, crawlspace, or attic.

Since it comes with a shatter-proof lens and is cool to the touch, it's a great lighting option when you are working in tight spaces close to it.

Consider this fixture the next time you are looking for a small and powerful work light around your home.
