Bruno,

If you have access to a power washer, a very aggressive power washing using a 15 or 25 degree tip usually removes most  paint. Unfortunately, you will also end up with a clean spot on the concrete and might have to clean the whole area to make it uniformly clean.

If spots are stubborn, you might try dabbing them with a water rinseable paint remove to soften them first, again followed by a power washing.

The best part of power washing is that it does not just smear the pigment around as might happen if you just use strippers and try to wipe the residue off. Some residue will work its way into the pores of the concrete and become kind of a permanent blotch.

Hope this has helped.

Welcome to our community Bruno001!

Thank you for your question! :) Behr sells a concrete stripper that will work wonderfully for you.

You will apply a thick coat of this product with a paint brush and wait for the it to wrinkle. When it wrinkles, it is ready to be removed. This can take 1-6 hours, depending on the thickness of the paint. To remove, use a scraper, squeegee or pressure washer.

If you have any more questions, please let us know!

Sorry Bruno,

I had assumed you were talking about paint splatter or drops which had gotten on bare concrete.  Christine has given the proper advice should you be removing a general coat of paint from concrete.
