I am sorry you are having problems up loading your picture.  Here is a link to one of our sites that has a picture of Bermuda grass.  See if it looks like what you have.

This is a real close picture of the the Bermuda grass, so the grass blades look a lot bigger than they actully are.  

 

Another way of telling if you have Bermuda grass is that it will go dormant in the winter where a Fescue grass will not.  As long as you do not have regular frost or it freezes, a fescue will say green all year long, providing it is given regular water.

 

Bermuda grass has a finer blade and is cut much closer to the ground at ½ to 1 inch high.

 

Bermuda grass will start to go dormant around October or as soon as the night time temperatures start to fall below 45-50 F.  Many people over seed with the cooler season Rye grass to keep a green lawn during this cooler season.
