Will Home Depot help me out after store return policy just expired?

I bought a Toro Lawn mower in May  and love it.  Mowed my lawn about 4 times with it and yesterday it made a really bad noise and lots of white smoke came from the engine.  

I'm over the 30 day return policy (not by much) and was wondering if Home Depot will help me out and let me exchange it in store.  I really don't want to deal with Toro, especially in the middle of summer were my lawn needs to e cut - once if not twice - a week with all the rain we have been getting.

Hi Bdaoust,

Take your mower to your local Home Depot with a tool repair center, they can check out your mower and see if its a simple problem or a major one. Toro mowers very reliable and the problem can probably be easily solved.

If they are not able to repair it, talk to the store manager about a possible exchange.
