how do I file a claim

i need to subnmit a claim but cant seem to do it online and i called but get a robot i would like to talk to a human by phone or file a claim online

Hi, Ollie.

Most claims need to be filed via your local store. Once the claim is created, the store will provide you the claim number, then within 3-4 business days the claim would be assigned to an agent & you would be contacted to discuss the details. From that point on our insurance company Sedgwick would be your primary contact, depending on the nature of the claim.

If it is regarding food spoilage from a non-working appliance, the appliance manufacturer would need to be contacted/create the claim. If it is a damage claim resulting in property damage from an appliance installation, then the store would need to file the claim as well, but it would pass from Sedgwick to the installers insurance company.
