Hello plc!

Your solution is as easy as two words: Masonry Anchors.

Your Hardware Associate can show you these outstanding expansion bolts as well as the masonry drill bit that will pilot the correct size holes.

Depending upon how many anchors you require, expect the labor on this project to be an 8 on a scale of 1-to-10, where 10 is most difficult ... you're gonna work a bit for this one!

But also be certain that once anchored, these shelves will be a permanent fixture.

Have a look at this masonry expansion bolt.

The enlarged tip causes the expansion collar to expand and grip the inside of the pilot hole as you tighten the nut.

I have used these engineering wonders and they provide a strong, secure base on project just like yours!

Thank you so much for your help. Should I install 2x4"s to the concrete blocks and then install the shelves or install directly to concete block walls

Outstanding Idea plc!

I always love a system that offers flexible options.

Adding a buffer plate, whether wood or metal, is an excellent way to expand your options.

NOTE:

Metal if load is greater.

Wood if load is less.
