how do i pick the right water heater?

Hi,

We want to buy a electric tankless water heater.  we currently do not have one, our water is heated by our oil furnace. I need help picking the right one.  We have a  1000 sq. ft house with 1 1/2 bath and 2 people currently living in it.  I would want to get a slightly bigger tank then we would need because we plan on having kids eventually and possibly adding an extension to the house. We live in NJ.  I also was wondering if home depot can supply us with someone that can install the heater and haw much that would cost if available.

Thanks, Blair & Andy
