Home Depot carries several brands of carpet Rug grippers.  Home Legend Carpet Non-Slip Safety rug to carpet gripper pad and American Slide-Stop Premium All-surface Fiber and rubber backed Non-Slip rug pads. Click on this link to find the sizes that fits your rug.

These pads come in several sizes ranging from 3’x5’ to 12’x18’ and are also available for runners 2’x12’.

Home Depot sells anti slip carpet tape, as well as anti slip gripper pads to place under the carpet.

I have a rubber mat under the rug, but it keeps moving on the carpet. I need a way to firmly attach to carpet.
