kitchen drawer

When I slide my kitchen drawer back in it goes in good for a few then it slides off track and drops down. is there something I can get to fix this.

Dear Mydestiny1106,


Like many people, we all enjoy a  fully functioning kitchen. Little thinks like a kitchen drawer that won't behave is a bit of an annoyance. The good news is a simple thing like a drawer guide most likely will solve your problem.


To fix this problem you will need to pull the drawer out and find out what kind of hardware secures it. 

There are kits at The Home Depot that replace the parts to the drawer guides like this:

There are parts to change just one piece likes these:

The easiest way to see what you need is to take the drawer out and see what part is broken. Then take it to your local Home Depot to match the item(s) needed. This should get you back "on track" in no time.
