Hi Ger,

 

You will first need to make sure the range has been converted from natural gas to LPG. Conversion kits are included with the range.

 

Running gas from the source in this case an LPG tank to the stove is the same as connecting natural gas.

 

All the piping most be black steel piping to meet code, the connection to the tank is normally copper pipe and the connection to the stove is completed with a flexible stainless steel line.

 

Shut off valves are required at the connection to the stove and at the LPG gas tank.

 

Check with your local building department for the specific requirements in your area.
