patio chair

Good afternoon, I was told that you had a product in your store that i could use to connect my chair back together. The leg of my patio chair snapped off. I believe it is aluminum. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

While you might try epoxy, welding the leg back on would probably be a better solution.  If the chair is aluminum, then you'll need to find someone with the equipment and experience necessary to weld aluminum.  If you happen to have a welding supply house in your area, you might ask there for recommendations.

I like Adam's recommendation to find a local shop capable of welding aluminum.

Before they can weld, they will grind off the existing finish to expose the metal.

This ensures a solid, long-lasting attachment.

Once the leg is attached, consider refinishing using aluminum primer as your based coat and Rust-Oleum spray an hour later.

You'll have numerous color and texture choice, and you may want to bring the leg to your local Paint Associate before you have it reattached.

Hope this helps,
