I don't work for the Home Depot nor represent them in any way but I'm just curious why you don't think YOU have an obligation to keep track of YOUR receipt, registration, or whatever is required to get new batteries.  So you drop the ball and it's the Home Depot's fault?

I did all the required work to obtain lifetime warranty on my batteries and HD is playing a shell game to squirm out of its warranty responsibilities. So, in the end it's the people who wasted their time on their game that is the biggest loser.
