I just bought a new foam mattress and I wanted to build my own platform bed frame but I couldn't find any plans that were for a full size mattress. I wanted to know if you could help me with the material I would need and drawn plans to help me out.

Hi there and thank you for your question.
Franky there is a great post on the community from my fellow associate Ask_Mr_Jay that explains in detail how to build a platform bed frame. Click on the image bellow to get redirected to his post with How-To instructions, drawings and list of materials needed for this project.
"Once those two are built, toenail the two sections (drive in on an angle) and make sure again to pre-drill. Add in some wood glue around the edges for a stronger bond if needed. Once ready (or dry), you can apply your sheets of plywood to the top tier..."
Hope this helps and please don't hesitate to ask if you need more help with this project.
