I recently purchased two sets of triple panel Select Coastal patio sliders including screens. I had a licensed contractor do the installation, permitted, inspected and approved. Once everything was in place and we attempted to place the bug screens, they will not fit. It's as thought the screens are too big (Tall) to fit on the tracks. I see that there are several screws located at each of the four corners of the screen door assembly. Do they have something to do with fitting them on to the track and if so, how do they work? There are two wheels located on the top and two on the bottom of the screen assembly, and the retract appropriately, but the frame of the screed itself will not clear the frame of the actual door assembly. I measured the height of the opening from top to bottom of thepermanent frame and then measured the inside height of the screen sliders. The screen sliders inside height measures slightly less than the opening. I just can't seem to get the outside frames of the slider to go over the ridge and fit on to the track. any suggestions?

Hello scoolhouse, and welcome to the community!
Not knowing which series you have, take a look at the picture below, it's a list of different series of patio doors all labeled "Coastal". Which do you have?
I'm not clear if the screen track was installed by you or is part of the frame. I have included below 2 links for instructions for the 2 coastal door types, Vinyl or Aluminum, both have different instructions regarding screen install. See if these help you, if not, please reply back with details of your door model and pictures, or can you can also contact Jeld-Wen customer service directly at 1-800.535.3936

On page 10 of the Atlantic Vinyl patio door instruction booklet it says to Install the screen track into the exterior most sill track. OXO configurations install the track on the same side of the door as the panel roller track (left for left hand doors). OXO is referring to the operation of the panels, "O" means the panel does NOT move and "X" means the door operates, so wherever you have the "X" that would be the eXit.
In contractor speak "O" is referred to as Ouch and "X" is referred to as Exit

On page 8 of the Atlantic Aluminum patio door it says "Screen is designed to be placed in front (on the same side) of the interior panel for normal use in all configurations. > Install the screen
from the exterior."
