I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan, model #910-066 (Windward), that was purchased about 20 years ago. After all that time, one of the blade arms (also called a blade attachment bracket) has broken. Can I get a Hampton Bay replacement arm from Home Depot? Alternatively, do the Westinghouse replacement blade arms sold in the store (model #7740700 or #7740200) fit this model ceiling fan?

Hi hwdhomer, Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about the bracket.
Let’s get you on the right path to getting that fan fixed and up and working again.
I see you have the model number, you will also need the ups code as well. These are located on a sticker on the top of the motor housing.
This link has the number and hours of operation to get you help from the Hampton Bay Customer Service Team. You can order the needed parts at the same time.
The Hampton Bay service team should be able to help you with the fan blades as well. Hope this helps.
Thank you again for joining the community. We look forward to more of you project questions.
