Why can't I find the replacement light switch for my Hampton Bay Ceiling fan. I've gone to several Home Depots this weekend including some other light fixture places and everyone tells me that Home Depot own Hampton Bay and that they don't offer this replacement part. I'm in need of this switch and would like to know where to locate one at, please. My fan works just find. However, the pull chain to the light want pull anymore and now the light want come on.

Hi, Deb.
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I apologize you weren't able to purchase the part in the store. We actually have several warehouses where we stock the original part for our Hampton Bay fans.
The information needed will be the UPC code from the sticker located on the top of the motor housing. It is a silver/gold colored sticker and the UPC (12 numbers, NO letters) from that sticker will tell me everything I need to know.
If you do not find that sticker, you can take a picture of the fan fully put together, and I can attempt to ID the fan by that. Sticker UPC is best.
*I've attached a picture of the sticker with the UPC I'll need you to locate.
Please email me at Nicki_Care@homedepot.com with either the UPC number or the pictures of your fan.
Thank you!
Nicki
