I'm looking to get some thoughts on the paint choice for a breakroom at my office. I'd like it to be energizing, but it has no sunlight/windows so I'm afraid of going too dark. It's a basic layout, probably 12' x 20'.
I've looked in to the Behr "Asparagus" color found at Home Depot, and everyone seems to like it. Should I stay with Asparagus on all the walls, or do a 2 tone? Which colors would match to Asparagus well?

Welcome to our community brikowski!
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Christine and I work in the paint department at Home Depot. “Asparagus” just so happens to be one of my favorite colors! I have seen it in a variety of locations, and it works in all of them. I think it is an awesome color for a break room, even with no windows.
Doing two tones or colors is up to you. On the Behr website, there is an interactive program called ColorSmart that you can play around with to find colors that would coordinate. Here is one that I put together with "Asparagus":
I particularly like "Willow Herb". I do encourage you to visit the Behr website, and play around with it. Personally, I think you will be just fine not doing another color or tone, but ultimately the choice is yours.
One last thing before I let you go. The sheen that you use can have an impact on what the color looks like as well. The shinier the color the lighter it is going to appear.
