We here at the Home Depot offices have been talking about NeverWet nonstop since we got our hands on it! I personally can't wait to test it on my outdoor patio cushions.

We're looking for some innovative uses of the NeverWet product to share on our Pinterest boards. We'd love to see your uses of NeverWet!
Our editors have up to ten $1000 gift cards to send to the people who post the coolest use of NeverWet by

Here's a step-by-step series of instructions for submitting your idea.
1. Visit community.homedepot.com (That's this site!)
2. If you're a registered homedepot.com user, skip to step 4.
3. Register for an account. After you're done, you should end up on community.homedepot.com again.
4. Navigate to "The Home Depot NeverWet Contest" in the left sidebar of the Forums. Click on the link.
5. Read the Official Contest Rules.
6. Select "New Message" at the top of the screen. This should give you a screen in which to add your NeverWet Ideas!
7. Once you are done formatting your post, hit "Post" and your entry is complete.
8. Check this post on
June 20th July 31st to view the winners. Full legal details below.

OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE HOME DEPOT NEVERWET CONTEST
PLEASE REVIEW THESE OFFICIAL RULES BEFORE ENTERING THE CONTEST. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE AN INDIVIDUAL'S CHANCES OF WINNING.
Who Can Enter: The contest is open to any natural person who is a legal U.S. resident, and over the age of majority in their state of residence. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, or its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agents, or advertising or promotion agencies, and any other person or entity involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Contest and any immediate family member (or person living in the household) of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate or win.
How to Enter: To receive an entry to the Contest (an “Entry”), you must visit www.community.homedepot.com (the “Website”) and follow the onscreen instructions to set up an account and post your proposed idea for using the new NeverWet water proofing spray. Extra consideration will be given to Entrants that submit images and/or videos with their post. The entry period begins at approximately 12:01 A.M. ET on June 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 P.M ET on
June 20, 2013 July 31, 2013 (“Contest Period”). In the case of a dispute over the identity of a Entrant, the Authorized Account Holder of the account used to post the idea will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the person who is assigned an account by the service.
Entries cannot contain any nudity, obscenity, defamatory statements, or other offensive or objectionable content. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
All Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on
June 20, 2013 July 31, 2013. No Entries will be accepted after this time.
How to Win: Winner(s) shall be selected by the editors of www.homedepot.com
Prize and Winner Notification: Winner(s) will be announced on the Website.
Each winner will receive a $1,000.00 The Home Depot e-Gift Card from Sponsor, sent to the e-mail account used to submit the Entry.
Number of Winners: There may be between one (1) to ten (10) Winners. Total number of Winners shall be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Chances of winning depend upon the number of Entrants.
Release: By entering the Contest, each Entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, the prize manufacturers, each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or resulting from: (i) any violation by Entrant of these Official Rules; (ii) the Contest or the Entry; (iii) the acceptance, possession, receipt, or use of any prize; (iv) any incorrect, incomplete, or garbled information caused by any technical or human error that may occur in the operation of the Contest, including without limitation printing or typographical errors in any Contest materials; (v) any problems or technical malfunctions (errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission) of any computer, telephone, modem, online system, server, or other communications equipment or provider; (vi) any failure of e-mail on account of Internet traffic congestion or otherwise (proof of transmission does not constitute proof of delivery); and (vii) any Entry, e-mail, or other material or correspondence that has been tampered with or that is stolen, misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, nonconforming, ineligible, or damaged.
Termination: The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest at any time. If, at any time, the Sponsor is unable to operate the Contest during Contest Period (e.g., without limitation, due to administrative difficulties, or to fraud or technical failures such as a computer virus, bug, or other form of unauthorized intervention that corrupts the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest), the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest ever be terminated, the Sponsor will make alternate arrangements to award any prize offered.
Miscellaneous: Any dispute between the Sponsor and an Entrant arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the Contest, or any prize must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Sponsor and each Entrant irrevocably waive any objection to the venue and jurisdiction of such courts. If any part of these Official Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, such part will be modified by such court to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving to the maximum extent possible the original intent of the Sponsor, and the remaining parts of these Official Rules will remain in full force and effect.

Won't it be great during snowy winters not to have wet cold feet and hands now? I wonder how it will work on steps when they get covered with snow and ice?
