We just purchased the Trafficmaster Allure Ultra from our local Home Depot but no one could tell us how to and what to use to transition from the Allure Ultra to carpet. HELP!

Thanks for your Allure Ultra question, and welcome to the community!
I'm sorry to hear about your frustration in not getting the information at the store
I worked in the flooring department right when Allure Ultra came out and luckily, I did a post here on the community regarding this new and great flooring system. Further down on that main post, a thread had the same question you asked about transition strips, and our community expert Ask_Mr_Jay gave a reponse that should be the best solution you are looking for.
To find the post I was referring to, you can find it here
Additionally, I did a more detailed post regarding specific room transitions, such as if the floors between rooms are at varying heights, you'd need a carpet reducer strip, for example. That post can be found here
With these 2 links, this should give you the best options to use for going from your Allure Ultra flooring to the carpet.
Almost all of them have screws or fluted nails that can be easily installed, or if necessary you can use a high-strength construction adhesive we sell in our paint department to keep the transition strip snug and secure.
Hope this helps you out, and any further questions, please let us know.
